About This Role:
What You'll Do - Position Responsibilities
- Query Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases to provide adhoc and scheduled reports and data visualizations.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from a variety of data stores, such as relational database management systems and/or data warehouses.
- Work with vendors to resolve issues or research configurations to provide solutions for daytoday processing as well as largescale projects.
- Review product releases, create test plans, work with users for testing, and create change management documentation for new product releases in our ERP environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years related experience.
- Associate's Degree with 5 years related experience.
- Familiarity with any programming language used for querying a database.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, vendors and the public are required.
- Strong written, oral, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional Ellucian products
- Experience with Application Manager (AppWorx/UC4/Automic)
- Experience working with vendor support groups
- Experience with Evisions product suite
- Ability to quickly learn a range of databases and extract information from that for either interface files or data analysis/visualization
