About This Role:

What You'll Do - Position Responsibilities

Query Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases to provide adhoc and scheduled reports and data visualizations.
Work with structured and unstructured data from a variety of data stores, such as relational database management systems and/or data warehouses.
Work with vendors to resolve issues or research configurations to provide solutions for daytoday processing as well as largescale projects.
Review product releases, create test plans, work with users for testing, and create change management documentation for new product releases in our ERP environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years related experience.
Associate's Degree with 5 years related experience.
Familiarity with any programming language used for querying a database.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, vendors and the public are required.
Strong written, oral, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional Ellucian products
Experience with Application Manager (AppWorx/UC4/Automic)
Experience working with vendor support groups
Experience with Evisions product suite
Ability to quickly learn a range of databases and extract information from that for either interface files or data analysis/visualization
