As School Leadership (m/f/d) at the Christophorus School Lower Rhine Support Vocational College, this functional position is based on the corresponding tasks of the distribution plan in addition to teaching activities.

You represent the school externally and are a member of the management team of CJD Lower Rhine. The deputy school leadership supports you in leading the vocational college towards a pedagogical future. In addition, you contribute to the school's development in line with the Christian-pedagogical profile of CJD Vocational College.

Your new area of responsibility

  • Management of the school
  • Responsibility for fulfilling the educational and pedagogical mission of the school and shaping the school's profile
  • Authority over all persons working at the school
  • Preparation of evaluations for teachers, trainees and interns
  • Organizational and pedagogical coordination and further development of educational work at the school
  • Responsibility for the lawful and proper conduct of school operations
  • Representation of the school externally
