Golden Heart Senior Care is looking for Manager of Business Development. You will be co-responsible for all marketing, BD efforts and lead generation. You will be expected to call on ALs, ILs, Hospices and SNFs. Experience in the medical field is a must. Your expected production rate will be discussed and agreed upon in the interview.

Your commission structure is based on a sliding scale where the more clients you bring into service, the higher the commission percentage.

You will be given a gas allowance to help cover your travels to and from potential clients. You will receive paid leads from sources with whom we have experience. Any ideas you bring to the table will be discussed and listened to. You will not be held accountable for a certain number of meetings, door pulls or cold calls. You will be evaluated strictly by the number of clients you bring into service. Your territory is everything East of I17. Health insurance is very possible and will be discussed. There is plenty of upside.

As you develop relationships and bring clients, you will be leading the way to hire more BD professionals and manage them.
