We are a small business that contracts with FedEx Ground out of the North Fort Worth Alliance Terminal. We service country routes in Springtown, Bridgeport, Poolville, Paradise for home and business package delivery.


What we look for in a delivery driver
Able to drive a mid-size delivery vehicle.

Capable of getting in and out of vehicle multiple times (approximately:
deliveries) per day.

Most packages are small to mid-size boxes of decent weight and size, but some can be larger, so driver must be able to lift/move larger packages (up to a maximum of 150 pounds) with the assistance of a dolly.

Drivers are to be friendly and outgoing Team members who can deliver outstanding delivery service to our customers while making deliveries safely.

Drivers need to be dependable, reliable & able to handle stressful situations at times.


Full Time Position: 5 day per week schedule which will include Saturday and Sunday as two of your 5 days. Driving shifts start at 7:30am and finish when the route is complete (between 3-5pm).


Starting Pay:
$750/week (5 days) + $50/week bonus


Requirements:

• No Previous Driving Experience Required
• Paid Training to all New Drivers
• Pass Background Check (Criminal and Motor vehicle)
• Pass DOT Physical
• Pass Drug screen
• 21 Years old or older
• Driver's License (CDL not required)
• US work authorization
• W2 Employee only
• Must have mobile phone with Hands free blue tooth for navigation app (App Provided)
