Your Responsibilities:

  • Implementing technical and scheduling requirements on the construction site
  • Assisting the construction manager in personnel and technical matters
  • Ordering materials
  • Checking material deliveries
  • Creating daily and hourly reports as well as measurement sketches
  • Providing technical and personnel leadership to subordinates on the construction site
  • Enforcing and implementing quality, safety, and work guidelines

Your Profile:

  • Experience as a foreman, supervisor, or proof of performance in a similar position, preferably in track construction
  • High level of flexibility regarding irregular work assignments (night/Sunday work) as well as regional and out-of-town assignments and accommodations
  • Assertiveness
  • Communicative, forward-thinking, and goal-oriented leadership style
  • Independence and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
