For our location in Kissing, we are currently looking for a:


Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Quotation management: Providing product suggestions and customized offers for clients
  • Order processing and clarification of open points with both the customer service representative and the client directly
  • Ordering process: Handling orders with suppliers, including approval process with the client and monitoring delivery dates and deadlines
  • Invoicing, maintenance of master data, and handling of complaints

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship. Entrylevel candidates are also welcome
  • Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP knowledge
  • Reliability, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility
  • MS Office skills
