- No hospital responsibilities
- Collaboration with 4 board-certified gastroenterologists and 2 advanced practice providers
- Outpatient consultations and follow-ups at care center from Monday to Friday
- Conduct examinations, diagnose, and coordinate treatment plans for patients with various health conditions
- Order and interpret lab tests and imaging scans
- Record patient progress notes, provide guidance, adjust treatment plans as needed
- Prescribe medications based on diagnosis
- Review patient results and document information in eClinicalWorks
- Perform CRH banding when required
- Other tasks within the gastroenterology specialty as assigned
- Active CRNP license in Maryland
- CRNP certification with prescriptive authority
- GI experience is a must
- Ability to foster strong relationships within the healthcare team
- Exhibit integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to positively impact patients and colleagues
