JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Core working hours: Thu - Sat 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
  • Preparing daily mise en place (setting up and dismantling the bar)
  • Serving drinks & preparing cocktails
  • Contributing to the optimization and further development of our bar
  • Assisting and advising guests
  • Independently recording and cashing out ordered drinks
  • Responsible handling of resources
