We advise our clients in three areas:

Strategy consulting: We work with our clients to develop strategies for addressing risks in their supply chain, such as through supplier development initiatives, capacity building, or industry partnerships.
On-site implementation: We implement projects and programs that lead to concrete improvements in the living conditions of people and the environment in developing and emerging countries. For individual companies or in alliances and partnerships.
Management systems: We support our clients in developing and expanding impact-oriented management systems. We advise companies on prioritizing, optimizing, and measuring their impact.
