- Establish equipment maintenance requirements, pinpoint reasons for equipment failures, and cultivate hands-on troubleshooting skills within the team
- Manage technical resources to support round-the-clock manufacturing operations
- Supervise technicians' daily production support tasks, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents, issues, and service requests
- Assist the team with technical challenges and request additional resources when necessary
- Understand and interpret complex instructions effectively
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of support activities
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify areas needing enhancement, and take proactive steps to boost system stability and reliability
- Aid in resolving equipment maintenance issues to minimize downtime and impact on production systems
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies, spotting opportunities to improve production support processes and tools
- Associate's Degree, military or technical training, or equivalent practical experience
- Should possess over 5 years of maintenance technician experience, preferably in a regulated setting
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Experience in supporting high-speed assembly systems (> 20ppm)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Lean or Kaizen methodologies a plus
