- 2+ years of project management or Engineering experience
- Proficient in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication processes and procedures
- Able to interpret sketches, blueprints, and various drawings accurately
- Capable of completing work promptly and accurately
- Familiarity with AISC codes
- Participate in "kick-off" meetings to get acquainted with new projects
- Coordinate sequencing and address any job-specific issues with General Contractors
- Maintain records of all submittals and ensure timely responses
- Confirm delivery schedules with field superintendents
- Work with detailers to release jobs for fabrication
- Update Job Schedule as required
- Promptly address and resolve any field-related issues
