At the RaD center, we collaborate with Clark's procurement team to introduce products to the market by providing product testing services and developing vital post-sale support content.

We also dedicate time to analyzing data, identifying existing products that may need reevaluation due to potential design flaws, and using these insights to drive continuous improvement.

Additionally, we specialize in engineering new products and creating solutions tailored to private-label market opportunities.


Role at-a-glance:


  • Selfstarting individual with tenured experience in commercial/industrial product troubleshooting who can utilize tools such as service manuals, wiring diagrams, and experience to provide solutions.
  • Experience in industrial training, manufacturing, engineering, or product management.
  • Comfortable training groups of people multiple times a year.
  • Has advanced meter & troubleshooting skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Experience with gas and electric appliances is a plus.
  • Experience in commercial food service is a positive.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience related to commercial/industrial product support, troubleshooting, or service.

Responsibilities:


  • Aid warranty team in maintaining and improve exiting parts and triage strategy with customers.
  • Host monthly or quarterly trainings with key groups of personnel related to product troubleshooting, operation, and installation.
  • Triage product fixes and generate field fixes for relevant products in coordination with our warranty team.
  • Review and author actionable reports based on quarterly warranty & product complaint data.
  • Recommend manufacturing changes based on equipment failure trends & aid product managers in the implementation of recommended fixes.
  • Periodically audit product against quality assurance standards.
  • Develop troubleshooting guides and triage for Product Specialist and Warranty Center team members.
  • Develop product documentation and maintain/create product standards as necessary.
  • Misc tasks as needed.
