We are currently seeking a Packaging Technician (all genders) to join our team in Montgomery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining, converting, and servicing pharmaceutical packaging equipment to ensure maximum availability and OAE
Continuously optimizing packaging processes and systematically analyzing errors in case of malfunctions or quality issues
Independently performing technical optimization and maintenance work on packaging lines and continuously improving the technical packaging process (identifying weaknesses, KPIs)
Monitoring and ensuring the technical condition of packaging equipment to achieve maximum availability, as well as participating in qualifications and conducting test runs
Reporting and resolving malfunctions and causes of downtime, ensuring technical documentation (logbook/SAP FAM), and determining spare parts needs
Instructing and supporting new technical employees/apprentices, as well as technical equipment operators
Adhering to GMP guidelines and workplace safety in the packaging area
