Required Education & Experience:

At least 2 years of directly related experience providing administrative support in a higher education setting. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.


Required Skills & Abilities:


  • Excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with nonnative English speakers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Windows office suite.
  • Computer skills and ability to learn and use new systems quickly and independently.
  • Attention to details.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
  • Ability to problemsolve.

Preferred:


  • Experience working in a universitybased English Language Program.
  • Ability to communicate in another language in addition to English.

_ This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department._
