POSITION TITLE:
Office manager


JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Office manager to become an integral part of our team. This position will assist our Executive assistant with clerical and administrative tasks.

Tasks include supporting the bookkeeping and financial team, maintaining an electronic filing system, ensuring proper paperwork for all projects, and supporting staff with organizational tasks and standard day-to-day office duties.

YOUR EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & STRENGTHS

Experience and background

  • Proven experience as an Office manager or similar role
  • High school diploma
  • Extensive knowledge of Google software (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Fluent in English

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 year work experience required

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
