    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Order Entry Specialist Representative to join our client in the food and consumer goods industry. If you're all about processing orders, handling returns, addressing customer inquiries, and making sure customers are happy, this might be the perfect fit for you. Plus, you can start right away with some flexibility if you need time to wrap things up at your current gig. Here are more details:

    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (including a lunch break)

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 2+ years of Order Entry & Customer service experience in a product-based setting
    • Education: HS Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration/Science preferred
    • Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel, experience with an ERP system

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive and coordinate customer orders, ensuring accuracy
    • Arrange freight and handle order shipments
    • Ensure on-time delivery and address customer inquiries
    • Maintain contracts and manage product release dates
    • Support Sales team, answer calls, and maintain customer relationships
