General training content:

Planning, installation and configuration of IT systems
Setting up and customizing complex computer systems
Administration of networks and PC systems
Installation and maintenance of security components, such as antivirus programs and encryption
Systematic identification and resolution of malfunctions using modern expert and diagnostic systems
System documentation
