**Education: - Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Master's degree preferred.

**Experience: - Ten years of maintenance and construction experience within a hospital setting required.

Experience reading and understanding blueprints required.
Experience reviewing and understanding contract language required.
Experience reviewing and understanding Shop drawings and submittals required.
Project management skills.
Computer and technical literacy.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and interests.
Ability to manage staff interactions, consultants, and vendors.
