FULL TIME QIDP - Bilingual (Spanish, Polish, Cantonese or Mandarin Preferred)


Applicants must have one year of direct service experience of working with people with autism, cerebral palsy or other intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Also, applicants must have a car to perform "field" case management in the south and west sides of Chicago.
