K-8 Afterschool Program Director

High Tech Elementary North County

Reports To: School Director

FLSA Classification: Classified, 190-day

Full Time/Part Time Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Regular/Temporary: Regular

Salary: Framework D- Step 38. Salary is commensurate with experience.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Comfortable leading enrichment activities with Elementary school-age students
  • Inform and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Ability to lead staff

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with youth programs in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a school/learning environment preferred
