- What you will be doing
- Overview: Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst Co-Op, working under the guidance of the Legal and Compliance Technology Architect. In this role, you will support an Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tool called Icertis by collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance business processes and drive technological solutions. CLM is an upandcoming technology in the Enterprise Technology space and this is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a tech stack growing at a rapid pace.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams and analysts to support requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing.
- Support the primary IT contact for a designated business unit in ensuring timely incident and defect management within specified SLAs as part of production support responsibilities.
- Triage and handle basic support tickets according to established SLAs.
- Contribute to training documentation and standard operational procedures aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Engage directly with customers to understand specific business needs.
- Gain exposure to technical capabilities such as Salesforce, Azure SSO, SQL, APIs, BI Reporting, and other integrations.

Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in fields like business administration, computer sciences, marketing or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing business problems and proposing effective solutions.
- Knowledge of project management concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective teamwork.
- Proficient in writing functional and technical specifications.
- Sound decisionmaking abilities focused on customer service.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
