Our Community Outreach Associate's main responsibilities consist of:

Being an active part of the client experience including customer engagement, client acquisition and problem solving concerns
Ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and solicit customer feedback and input
Providing excellent customer service and being able to handle inquiries and concerns in a fast and efficient manner
Keeping a positive and uplifting attitude to boost daily productivity and the client experience
Ensuring prospective clients are enrolled properly and all standard processes are followed
Attending all company meetings regarding updated promotions, services, or any changes in policies

We are looking for a Community Outreach Associate with the below qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
02 years of experience in client services, customer support, sales, or similarly backgrounds
Ability to build genuine relationships with clients and develop a sense of trust
A teamoriented, mindset with the willingness to collaborative with others in an open environment where ideas are discussed and evaluated
Adaptability to challenges and an expert in problem solving
Enthusiastic tone, high energy, and friendly demeanor
Comfortable in fastpaced environment
Reliable and timely

Pay:
$52, $62,000.00 per year
