What's possible?


Your challenge will be to monitor, analyze and report results for the Supply Chain functions within Operations: Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing and Process Excellence.

Critical to this role is delivering insight and analysis on past performance as well as forward looking insight and analysis around budgeting, forecasting, improvement initiatives and strategic planning.

You will report directly to the CFO in North America, and this role functions as a business partner with the North America Supply Chain leadership team.


Other Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Support and influence the design and build-up of the 3-year strategic plan for the Supply Chain function.

Consolidate monthly forecasts for the Supply Chain function. Improve the forecast process, enabling greater management accountability of the full financial performance of the business.

Ensure effective management of financial risks across the Supply Chain function.

Aid in decision making around supply planning in support of demand forecasts and lead key capital project evaluations.


Develop and maintain of a robust and agile reporting framework that is best tailored to highlight key business drivers in Supply Chain performance.

Accountable for preparation of monthly Supply Chain financial management reports covering profit & loss and other performance reports.

Work with Operations Accounting Manager to enhance existing Manufacturing reporting.

Analyse the performance of operations vs targets and competitors.


Partner with NA Controllership team to ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial systems - BI and financial reporting systems.

Assist in KPI tracking and give guidance on enhancing performance.


Provide financial and analytical support to Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing decision making on a continuous and forward-looking basis.

Provide value-add insight based on financial analysis, including vendor selection, production planning, network optimization, and scenario analysis.


Perform on-going analysis of business processes and practices, leading to recommendations for changes & improvements that enhance the business performance of the organization.


Proactively engage with internal and external customers to answer all inquiries in a timely manner and with excellent customer experience.
