Whether it's the Elbe or the Fleet - as the client representative, you will be responsible for the building technology of our properties.

Help shape the structural transformation in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Speicherstadt or work on complex construction projects in the Port of Hamburg.

Your future responsibilities will focus on the sustainable development, realization, and operation of market and demand-oriented technical building equipment for complex commercial and logistics properties in waterfront locations.

What to expect:

Development and elaboration of building technology concepts, taking into account sustainable and economic optimization
Setting and achieving project goals, such as quality, deadlines, and costs
Responsible management, implementation, and control of new construction and renovation projects, with a focus on design, commercial, and technical aspects and ensuring project goals are met
Independent coordination with all authorities and approval bodies involved in the project
Adherence to the guidelines of the Speicherstadt design manual and preservation of historic buildings
Conducting activities in accordance with the internal project leader manual, such as coordinating technical building equipment project processes, regulating/coordinating communication flow and reporting, identifying and addressing potential deviations from plans, representing technical building equipment projects internally and externally, actively managing changes and contracts, and conducting risk and opportunity management.
