Responsibilities:


  • User and Business Support_
  • Provides first level technical support.
  • Fulfills IT ticket requests including appropriate documentation in the ticketing system.
  • Reviews support services, use of technology, and problem areas.
  • Assists with UAT process every quarter based on release schedule.
  • Systems Administration_
  • Supports administration of ERP solution.
  • Supports routine activities in ERP system.
  • Collaborates across different functions, and teams both internally and externally.
  • Assists IT team with project task execution as needed.
  • Supports administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.
  • Supports user access and access rights changes in accordance with the system security rules.
  • Assists with routine periodic activities in ERP system as directed by market.
  • Relationship Coordination_
  • Maintains strong working relationship with the IT technical teams.
  • Keeps teams update on changes to system and business process.
  • Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic followup.
  • Provides support and coordination on ad hoc basis.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or in a related field required.
  • 2+ years of current or prior IS/IT Systems Coordinator experience required.
  • Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.
  • Effective at understanding problematic or complex situations (analytical thinking) required.
  • Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, crossfunctional stakeholder relationships).
  • Must be detailoriented and demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking id daytoday tasks is required.
  • Must be able to present ideas in a businessfriendly and userfriendly manner.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be team oriented.
  • Ability to develop and interpret documentation for training and end user procedures is preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business.
The approximate pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
