We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) in Leppersdorf.

Your role

  • You support our managers in filling open positions in their respective areas.
  • You take on the job-related pre-selection of suitable applicant profiles and conduct virtual and personal job interviews with the department.
  • You conduct labor market research, derive suitable recruiting strategies from it, and bring new ideas for candidate identification and recruitment.
  • You also act as a contact for personnel service providers, conduct initial contact through social media, and actively network with internal and external contacts.
  • Candidate experience is your top priority: you professionally support applicants from the first contact, through the selection process, to the successful signing of the contract.
