Every year, 15 million households in New Salem receive their heating cost statements.

We provide and install the necessary measuring devices, as well as smoke detectors, and create your heating cost statement.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN SHK (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

  • Installation and reading of heat and water meters, as well as heating cost allocators
  • Installation of data collectors
  • Installation and maintenance of smoke detectors according to DIN 14676
  • Conducting Legionella tests
  • Recording of heating systems

You bring with you:

  • A completed vocational training in one of the following areas:
    Plumber, HVAC installer, locksmith
  • Strong customer service and solution orientation
  • Readiness to work and resilience
  • Good technical understanding
  • Class B driver's license
