Check & implement:
You review the IT requirements of the departments and initiate the corresponding IT procurements. This includes regular participation in status meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the departments. In addition, you lead the order processing, which includes supplier relationship management (SRM) and cost monitoring. You also keep an eye on incoming goods and carefully carry out invoice verification and allocation.

Monitoring:
You always have an overview of the service contracts. This includes contract management, compliance with deadlines, scope of services, and cost-effectiveness. You support in reviewing services and preparing tenders by working closely with the purchasing department.

Optimize:

Internal project monitoring is also part of your responsibilities, including clarifying measures with the departments, cost calculations, plan/actual comparisons regarding budget and milestones, and creating a forecast plan.

This ensures the long-term direction of projects and contributes to identifying and managing potential risks early on.
