In the course of a succession plan, we are looking for a nursing service manager (m/f/d) for our senior center in Wörrstadt.

YOUR MISSION:

Shaping the company culture as part of the management team
Leading and shaping the nursing team
Valueoriented leadership of employees
Ensuring optimal care and psychosocial support for our residents
Maintaining the high quality of care in the facility
Creating duty and work schedules

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed nursing education
Several years of professional and managerial experience
Further training as a WBL or ongoing training as a PDL or a degree in the field of nursing
High professional and social competence as well as excellent communication skills
Knowledge of implementing quality assurance measures

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

Permanent employment
Fulltime with 38.5 hours per week
Start: as soon as possible
Daytime shifts
