- Provides exceptional customer service to financial institution clients, including cross-selling products and services and cash receipt/payment services
- Offers a broad range of consumer services to branch clients
- Maintains knowledge of company products to identify client needs
- Ensures operational controls for client bank assets safety
- Identifies new business opportunities with clients
- Manages cash levels and prepares daily settlement transactions
- Reports/prepare currency transactions and teller work
- Greets clients, directs them, and answers general questions
- Assists in maintaining a pleasant physical environment
- Provides safe deposit box services and supports other activities as necessary
- Balances/services ATM machines and performs vault duties
- Conforms to General Performance Expectations
- High School Diploma or equivalent with business curriculum emphasis
- Up to one year experience in customer service
- Analytical, mathematic, communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Eye-hand coordination and knowledge of operating policies and procedures
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Reading, writing, grammar, and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of coin
- Must support multiple branch locations as needed
