We are currently seeking a Specialist / Project Manager (m/f/d) for Energy Management, with the reference number 31741 and based in Kornwestheim.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for energy monitoring (maintenance of consumption data, creation of consumption forecasts, budget planning, etc.)
Responsible for the IT energy data management system
Technical approval of energy bills
Creation and further development of monthly reports for the first management level and the executive board
Preparation of templates and presentations for the executive board
Management and support of projects / special topics
Interface to the controlling units of the W&W Group

Requirements:

Successfully completed studies with a focus on business administration or building management
Excellent controlling skills
Strong conceptual skills
Ability to independently and systematically analyze complex and abstract relationships and communicate the results in a recipientoriented manner
High level of initiative and responsibility
