    We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Senior Warehouse Operator for our Textile Effects Division located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will support our manager with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

    **As A Senior Warehouse Operator You Will:**

    Coordinate warehouse floor operations including but not limited to receiving, stocking, outbound, cycle count and physical inventory.

    Ensure that the care and handling of materials is in a responsible and safe manner to maintain the quality standards of the products.

    Ensure that floor personnel training and certifications are up to date and implement the standard warehouse operation processes.

    Maintain established controls and priorities for operational floor activities and metrics for all process compliance.

    Maintain communication with management and operational personnel to provide real-time feedback.

    Coordinate the right execution labeling and documentation process for in/out shipments.

    Prioritize sample and repack requests according to FIFO.

    Responsible for the proper segregation of discrepant materials, returns, and burn materials.

    Oversee and maintain general housekeeping and 5s compliance.

    Development and support of Six Sigma initiatives and processes.

    Coordinate and carry out activities in accordance with the Roles and Responsibilities of EHS and Quality, complying with the legal Obligations, standards and procedures of the Global EHS Policies and Huntsman Quality, applying the concepts of best management practices and continuous improvement.

    Adhere to all company rules, policies, guidelines and procedures.

    **Preferred Requirements:**

    **Education:**

    High School Diploma (Required)

    **Experience:**

    3-5 years of relevant Warehouse experience

    1-2 years of team or floor coordination experience preferred

    PIT experience on a variety of lifts required

    Experience with chemicals and Hazardous material handling preferred

    Computer competency: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Workday
