- 2+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.
- Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Statistics.
- Ability to lead teams and solve quality-related issues.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex prints, including GD&T.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with stamping and welding fabrication processes is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Pro E/Creo for reviewing design models and assemblies.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing practices.
- Knowledge of CMM inspection processes.
- Support two production departments by investigating quality issues related to products and processes.
- Analyze data to determine root cause in NCCA system and implement corrective actions.
- Provide work direction to inspectors & auditors.
- Identify and help lead continuous improvement projects.
