    Position Overview:

    As a Home Hospice Aide at Talbot Hospice, you will be an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, providing support and care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible daily scheduling to accommodate your needs. Join us in delivering personalized and compassionate care to individuals and families facing end-of-life transitions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
    • Assist with mobility and transfers
    • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
    • Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure the highest quality of care
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

    Requirements:
    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maryland
    • Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus

    • Must have an active driver's license and reliable transportation
