As a Home Hospice Aide at Talbot Hospice, you will be an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, providing support and care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and transfers

Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure the highest quality of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maryland
Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of patients and their families
Must have an active driver's license and reliable transportation
