    **Position Summary**

    Responsible for administrative support to the entire office, operating the front desk, updating data and processing reports, and scheduling meetings. Provides administrative support to the DMA executive team and managers as needed.

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

    Oversee front desk responsibilities including answering all incoming calls, transferring calls, receiving and distributing all incoming deliveries, and greeting visitors

    Provide administrative support to entire office including but not limited to coordinate and maintain meeting rooms and manage employee lounge(s)

    Schedule and organize meetings and prepare meeting materials, if needed

    Prepare and manage documents, including formatting and editing letters, reports, spreadsheets, and all necessary documents from information provided

    Maintain and order office supplies

    Assist with new hire onboarding including office space setup, office tours, and other assistance as needed

    Manage incoming and outgoing mail

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    **Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

    Work on other projects as assigned which may include data entry

    Assist with travel arrangements

    Perform other duties as assigned

    **Education and Qualifications**

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Minimum of 1-year administrative experience in a professional business environment

    Ability to work independently to complete work assignments with minimal direct supervision

    Requires a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Intermediate level knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
