I am looking for information and pricing. I am a woman who would like to increase my muscle mass. Currently, I have been on a break from sports for a few months due to a breast augmentation. I am not able to do heavy upper body exercises at the moment. I am looking for a diet that I can combine with my current recovery from surgery, while also losing 2-3 kg and gradually increasing my muscle mass. Last year, I started losing a lot of weight due to a change in my diet (to a healthier one) and some personal problems. It was difficult for me to gain weight again because I had lost too much and didn't feel good, but even with a small amount of food, I would lose 1-2 kg. Currently, I am not in bad shape, but due to my recovery, I am gaining some weight and I am limiting my intake of carbohydrates, dairy, and sugars. However, I am not losing weight. It is a struggle for me now.
