    Description

    Summary:
    Verint SME. Must have gone through Verint deployments. Must also be heavy on the Verint Server side i.e.

    code upgrades, vulnerability patches, application validation following an upgrade, reviewing integrity of recorded call data on the server, identifying infrastructure-level problems and providing guidance for architectural improvements.


    Must Have Technical Skills/Experience:

    • IPC or Verint Call Recording systems
    • Proficient in system troubleshooting and problem resolution.
    • Strong understanding of telecommunication and VoIP systems.

    Flex Skills:

    • Call Center environment
    Degrees Or Certifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in Verint and/or other call recording solutions and call center technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as Lead Engineer, responsible for operational oversight, maintenance, and administration of IPC and Verint Call Recording systems, and ensuring redundancy, fault tolerance, and data integrity are fully operational.
    • Lead system upgrades and migrations.
    • 3. Demonstrate mastery in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Verint solutions, provide expert-level guidance to other team members, and serve as escalation point for peers, traders, and external business units.
    • 4. Lead collaborative working sessions with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
    • 5. Independently perform routine system checks to ensure peak performance in the environment.
    • 6. Through extensive prior experience, identify deficiencies in environment configuration and make recommendations to management for design and architecture improvements to further system reliability.
    • 7. Develop, implement, and document best practices for system maintenance and operation.
