Your responsibilities

  • As a customer service employee, you will receive calls regarding questions about billing or service offerings
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining customer data and handling complaints or invoice corrections
  • Finally, you will support your team in customer service with general administrative office tasks

What you bring to the table

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant, and have already gained some experience in customer service
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs
  • You have a communicative personality and enjoy working in a team
