    Description

    Ready to move to a young and fast-growing Pharma company?

    Our client is a fast-growing Pharma company that is looking for their 1st tax hire they are looking for a Tax Manager to join their dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various tax projects and ensuring the accurate and timely filing of the companys tax returns. The candidate should be a strong Manager that has the expertise to navigate the complexities of tax regulations.

    Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Implementing tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position globally.
    • Managing various tax-related projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns.
    • Involvement with foreign VAT and indirect tax filings.
    • Analysis of financial data related to taxes, preparing reports, and providing insights to leadership regarding tax implications of various corporate strategies.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of corporate (Form 1120) tax exp from a public accounting firm or out of industry
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
