Responsibilities:


  • Manage all front desk activities including checkins, checkouts, and guest inquiries
  • Ensure smooth operation of the front desk during day and night shifts
  • Train, supervise, and support front desk staff
  • Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and room availability
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a hotel or resort setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
