Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk activities including checkins, checkouts, and guest inquiries
- Ensure smooth operation of the front desk during day and night shifts
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain updated records of bookings and room availability
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a hotel or resort setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
