For our client in the special/machinery industry located in Burghaun, we are currently seeking a *Service Technician / Service Engineer (m/f/d) for direct employment.

*Your Responsibilities:

First and second level support (assisting national and international customers with service inquiries)
Commissioning of standard and custom machines in national and international settings
Conducting product and service trainings
Creating feasibility analyses
Clarifying and identifying spare parts
Handling warranty and goodwill requests
Supporting international representatives
Documenting and managing service cases and machine lifecycle in CRM system

*Your Profile:

Completed training as an electrician with further education as an electrical engineer
Alternatively, completed degree in electrical engineering
Several years of experience in the field of service, with a focus on (special) machinery
Excellent knowledge of automation technology, particularly in PLC programming, SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal, B&R, Beckhoff
