General Description_:
Professional Security Officer responsible for watching over client site in Watertown, MA. MUST HAVE BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE (suit and tie). Guard will perform access control at main lobby/entry and act as a visual deterrent on site. Responsible for detecting and reporting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft, or other criminal behavior. Security Officer must be observant, punctual, respectful, responsible, calm, and able to de-escalate situations.

Essential Functions:

_


Conducting foot patrols of sites regularly to maintain order and establish a presence

Conduct access control for foot traffic

Observe and Report

Secure all exits, doors, and windows during shift and at end of shift

Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify issues

Respond to alarms as required by clients

Submit daily activity reports using company-provided software

Provide a professional level of service to clients/customers
