    2-2-3 Schedule 6:45 pm - 7 am.

    The maintenance tech will be responsible for installs, maintains and repairs machinery, equipment, and electrical systems under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. This job description may be modified periodically as the duties and responsibilities may change with the growth of business.

    1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    2. · Follow all company and equipment operation safety procedures
    3. Advanced knowledge of electrical system operation and repair.
    4. · Visually inspects and tests machinery, cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery and equipment and follow preventative maintenance procedures
    5. Experience in robotic maintenance and/or programming a plus. PLC troubleshooting/repair knowledge.
    6. · Utilizing information from supervisors, machine operators, and other maintenance team members, investigates, diagnoses, and repairs machine operation variations and malfunctioning machinery
    7. · Set up and adjust automated machinery.
    8. · Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
    9. Significant experience in electrical systems.
    10. · Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
    11. · Lay out, assemble, install related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, repairs
    12. · Replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment
    13. · Installs, programs or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers
    14. · Sets up and operates machine tools such as a lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures and tools
    15. · Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment
    16. · Enters daily labor record on timecard
    17. · Other duties may be assigned based on business requirements and applicable skills and abilities
