Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced Dialysis RN to join the Santa Rosa, CA team as an Assistant Center Manager. Leadership experience preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Assistant Center Manager (RN ) you will be responsible for the delivery of safe, quality care of dialysis treatments by assisting the Center Manager (CM) with oversight of the center's operations and by providing direct patient care. The Assistant Center Manager (RN ) acts as a team leader who educates and mentors center staff as appropriate. In the absence of the CM, this position is also responsible for the daily management of the center.
