    About the Position

    We're searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of Maintenance Tradespersons in carrying out maintenance tasks while ensuring consistent application of asset management processes.

    Being a front-line leader is a role filled with significant responsibility. Your task is to motivate, inspire, and ensure the well-being and safety of your team.

    Reporting to the Superintendent, this opportunity involves leading and nurturing a maintenance execution team.

    Main responsibilities include:
    • Supervising work practices and safety compliance
    • Implementing maintenance work management programs
    • Assigning maintenance coverage during breakdowns
    • Resolving on-the-job issues related to maintenance activities
    • Supervising and assigning tasks to a team of trade employees
    • Coordinating with planners and other Supervisors for work planning
    • Ensuring work aligns with agreements and incorporating team feedback
    About You

    To qualify for this role, you should have:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or related fields
    • Experience leading or working with teams
    • Familiarity with mining equipment, lubrication properties, and troubleshooting
    • Proficiency in computer skills and maintenance software
    • Experience in maintaining mills and pumps
    Additional qualifications that are advantageous:
    • Familiarity with MSHA regulations
    • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
