You will take on the independent management and operational leadership of the North region, including the professional and disciplinary management and development of your employees.
You will be responsible for the economic success and control of operational performance in the North region, based on quantitative and qualitative metrics.
You will be responsible for your locations, particularly ensuring compliance with all technical and administrative standards. You will also ensure cleanliness and organization in our branches.
You will optimize personnel planning and ensure accurate representation of employee availability in the assembly calendar.
