Job Title - Culture and Talent Management Consultant
Location - Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

- Talent Management team is seeking full time support for the culture refresh work, as well as broader talent management support in the areas of Performance Management and Talent Reviews.
- We are seeking a fulltime consultant to help:
- Translate cultural values into understandable language and demonstrated behaviors.
- Develop a change management strategy inclusive of a stakeholder analysis, influence approach, communications, and implementation plan to support the culture refresh.
- Facilitate discussion groups at various organization levels to gather input and socialize the culture shift.
- Enable and support culture champions to help drive change.
- Work with the Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to update the Group Competency Model to reflect desired cultural values and behaviors.
- Work with the Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to identify other talent processes that need to be updated to reflect the desired cultural values and behaviors.
- Other projects may include supporting performance management process enhancements and talent reviews.
Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience implementing culture change for an organization.
- Change Management certification or experience is strongly desired.
- Experience with competency model development and implementation.
- Broad talent management experience in midsize to large organization, inclusive of performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Skilled at facilitating focus groups at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience anticipating and overcoming barriers to change.
- Strong program and project management skills, and ability to operationalize and scale programs.
- Experience using Workday, and Google Workspace.
- Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of leaders across HR and business functions, including senior leadership.
- Able to assist with the strategy development and "roll up sleeves" to help execute.
Job Types:

Pay:
$ $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
