Job Title - Culture and Talent Management Consultant

Location - Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
**Job Type:

  • Contract to hire.****Job Description:

- *
  • Talent Management team is seeking full time support for the culture refresh work, as well as broader talent management support in the areas of Performance Management and Talent Reviews.
  • We are seeking a fulltime consultant to help:
  • Translate cultural values into understandable language and demonstrated behaviors.
  • Develop a change management strategy inclusive of a stakeholder analysis, influence approach, communications, and implementation plan to support the culture refresh.
  • Facilitate discussion groups at various organization levels to gather input and socialize the culture shift.
  • Enable and support culture champions to help drive change.
  • Work with the Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to update the Group Competency Model to reflect desired cultural values and behaviors.
  • Work with the Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to identify other talent processes that need to be updated to reflect the desired cultural values and behaviors.
  • Other projects may include supporting performance management process enhancements and talent reviews.

Experience/Skills:

  • Previous experience implementing culture change for an organization.
  • Change Management certification or experience is strongly desired.
  • Experience with competency model development and implementation.
  • Broad talent management experience in midsize to large organization, inclusive of performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Skilled at facilitating focus groups at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience anticipating and overcoming barriers to change.
  • Strong program and project management skills, and ability to operationalize and scale programs.
  • Experience using Workday, and Google Workspace.
  • Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of leaders across HR and business functions, including senior leadership.
  • Able to assist with the strategy development and "roll up sleeves" to help execute.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
