We are seeking individuals who:

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a highly motivated membership team aligned with company values and goals
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget constraints
- Uphold club policies and procedures while optimizing club functions to enhance profitability and member satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and support a diverse team focused on meeting member needs
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to club leaders
- Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to grow the member community
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience overseeing teams
- 5-7 years of retail/hospitality/operations experience
- Ability to manage P&L and trend reports
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in team-building and driving operational success
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- CPR and AED certification mandatory
Additional Details:
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pay range: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
