We are the outpatient care service Meyer & Kratzsch Berlin.

For 27 years, we have been providing care to over 1,000 clients from our branches in 8 districts of Berlin.

Currently, we employ approximately 750 employees.

As an innovative, medium-sized group for outpatient care, we specialize in mental illnesses.

In this context, we support our care recipients through a service-oriented, holistic, outpatient care and enable them to live independently in their own homes.

To support our teams in Schöneberg or Tempelhof, we are looking for:


Care Assistants (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time.

Your tasks include:

  • Needsoriented care and advice for psychiatric and gerontopsychiatric clients in the context of basic care and household support
  • In the outpatient sector, you will provide diverse and individual care to our clients in their homes; the routes are manageable, as they are only within one of the two districts
  • Within the shared living communities, you will provide holistic care to clients in a family atmosphere
